During the moving process, if you have any unwanted items you don't wish to keep for whatever reason, we would be happy to clear them for you. We will remove the furniture/unwanted items ourselves making the entire process hassle free for you!
With our full trade waste licence so you know your items will be disposed of in the correct manner.
Our Clearance Process?
To start the process of our clearance service, we require you to phone our office on 01805 601122 and arrage an appointment with our estimator (Gary).
Our estimator will then look at the house/office/items which you would like cleared, are give you a quote for the job. Your estimate will be sent by email or sent in the post. (Every clearance price is diffrent depending on the rubbish weight, packing, the quantity and quality of your goods. If he thinks the items which you have could be sold on, he will either offer you a sensible price or take the price off the final bill.)
Once you have agreed a price, you will then be required to get in contact with the office staff and arage a date. Booking as early as you can is preferred so you can insure you get the date you want. To insure your date you will be required to sign and acceptance form so you are covered by our insurance) and pay a £100 per day booking fee (this will be taken off your final invoice).
After all the above has been taken place, our speciallist team will turn up on the date you booked and time you arranged prior to do your clearance. Your property will be left as you require with the items cleared.
Our staff will leave your property clear, but if you require our cleaning service it will be an addtional cost.
